A mother and daughter duo got more than they bargained for when they discovered a missing cat while scoping out the sales at a Buffalo-area mall on Friday.
The pair were shopping at Macy's in Walden Galleria when they came across Gilda, a pretty tabby who had escaped from her carrier the night before, when she and her sister were being transported to an SPCA location in the mall. Her sis was quickly captured, but G made a run for it, ultimately spending the night in Macy's, where word has it she picked up some DKNY purrfume and a Michael Kors purrse (Ok, maybe I made that part up).
Gilda is in great shape after her mall adventure, and is currently available for adoption, but it's recommended that her new owners insist she seek treatment for her shopping addiction.
