Just yesterday I was writing about intergalactic inspired feline fashion for Catster, when today came across this clever video about the fascinating world of photobombing space cats.
The video introduces us to Brant Widgeon, an Astronomical Image Enhancement Engineer, who is tasked with removing floating cats from his folder of space images. His work is important, he claims, because the errant kitties are reportedly, "obscuring the astrological phenomena that the public would be more interested in seeing."
I beg to differ, as I'm pretty sure these cats would make the general population even MORE interested in space (omg cats in space!!!, anyone?), but I appreciate the idea of one man dedicating his life to such a hilariously noble pursuit.

What a fun interview. And those cats in space images are just terrific!
