Mayan Laser Caturday T-Shirt
You might recognize Austin, Texas based screen printing company Hotline Design Ink from seeing their feline-inspired designs for sale on Fab.com, or through a feature I wrote about them for my "Cat Chic" column on Catster.
Hotline consists of Jess Moss and Ian Kubacak, who use their considerable screen printing skills to create designs depicting animals ("mostly cats" - and some really cute dogs, too!) involved in some way with the human condition. Their "Tangram" tees and totes take me back to my school days, where we used to love playing with the colorful, plastic tiles - and who could not love the Mayan Caturday print, inspired by their prediction that cats will take over the world and shoot lasers out of their eyes once the Mayan calendar ends on December 21, 2012.
