I'm worthless with a pair of knitting needles, but I'm not going to let that small detail get in the way of being really excited about these adorable "Knitty Kitty" bowls by Maid of Clay. The yarn feeds out of the cat's mouth like it's slurping on some spaghetti, and there's also a tail-like cut out in the back if you want to switch out yarns.
Shop owner Felicia contends: "Cats are usually the reason that people use yarn bowls so it's a little ironic, though appropriate, that a cat should be the main feature of one."
Your kitty might be mad at your stockaded skein, but your knit and purrl with thank you!

ReplyDeleteWow, what a cool thing someone would make one, and with cats! I had used plastic bowls with holes cut in them, nowhere near as beautiful as these. Thanks for finding!

ReplyDeleteIt's so cute that it makes me want to take up knitting.
