Styleite recently put together a purrfect round-up of "13 Editorials Starring Fashionable Felines," including recent favorites like "The Cat's Meow" and "Pussycat, Pussycat," as well as some older and more obscure finds that I haven't seen anywhere else.
One of my favorite "new to me" entries is an enchanted photo shoot starring Nimue Smit by Txema Yeste for Numéro China (April 2012). The "Spellbound" editorial gets spooky with skulls and otherworldly effects, which are only enhanced by a bewitching golden-eyed cat (a Burmese?) who magically appears to prance alongside its witchy mistress.
Click over to Styleite to check out the rest of the lucky thirteen, which also includes the now classic Karen Elson editorial (inspired by cat lady cum Vogue creative director Grace Coddington), as well as a quirky 2008 Vogue Italia shoot featuring a kitty wearing goggles. As beautiful as all of these models are, it is always the cats who steals the show!
