Welcome back for another edition of Caturday, where we catch up on the week's latest cat news, and get to meet some of your amazing kitties!
This week, Grumpy Cat Took SXSW, Diane Kruger cozied up to her kitty for Flare Magazine, 10-year-old Wendell Overton rescued an abused cat from bullies, Wadsworth the kitty turned 27, Hello Kitty cupcakes and donuts conquered Japan, The Balletcats released a line of edgy feline-inspired fashions, and we discovered a feline font generator that turns any word into cute cats!
Also, there's still time to enter for your chance to win a pair of tickets to see "Breakfast at Tiffany's" on Broadway! I'm drawing FOUR lucky winners this coming Tues. 3/19!
Sebastian Le Meow
This week's featured feline is a photogenic ball of fur, who makes an excellent alarm clock?!
Khathi writes:
My husband and I adopted Sebastian from the West End Shelter for Animals almost two years ago, and we could not have been happier ever since. He is the first pet for both of us, and he is just the best!
Sebastian is super silly and loves to play. He enjoys "helping" with everything, regardless of what we do or where we are in the house...after a few minutes, he'll be right there!
He talks a lot and is super persuasive, which explains why he always get what he wants. He is the most polite alarm clock ever...he purrs in your face in the morning (always on time!) and if you hit the snooze (a few scratches on his little head) more than once, he'll tap you on the shoulder with his chubby paws.
It is just mind bogging how such a big personality can be squeezed into such a little fluffy body. We love him to pieces and he truly (cliche and all) makes our lives so much better with him in it.
Special thanks to Khathi for sharing her "spoiled roommate" with us this week! Keep up with Sebastian on Facebook at facebook.com/SebastianLeMeow!

Sebastian is so cute & fluffy and reminds me of my Gabby w/ her ability to find me in the house within a matter of minutes. She only wants to be alone on her terms; otherwise, she's my shadow.
ReplyDeleteAwww! So cute and curious. Kinda like our Benny was...
