Kitty Cat Birthday Cupcakes

This week's sweet feline-inspired treats come to us from Libby of Libby's Cupcakes Etc. in Moorhead, Minnesota. She created these beautifully colored kitty cupcakes for a little girl's birthday party, and they couldn't have turned out any cuter! 

"What makes these cupcakes are the rice noodle whiskers," she says. "Pure genius!"
