I was immediately drawn to these snazzy cat cupcakes by EJ McIntyre because of their bold, glittery icing, and precious kitty faces. The colorful cupcakes accompanied an equally bright cat topped cake, made to help celebrate the 2nd birthday of a lucky little girl named Emma.
